Photissima Art Fair&Festival is pleased to announce the participation of artists from all over the world. Confirmed countries: France, Italy, Russia,Saudi Arabia,U.S.A.

Although the deadline has expired, Photissima gives you the chance to join its International photography network: you have time till the end of August to submit your participation as a gallery, an istitution, a foundation or an artistic collective.

CALL FOR GALLERIES Deadline 31 August 2014

PHOTISSIMA Art Fair is launching its fourth edition to be held on 6-9 November 2014.

Evolving and enhancing its network, Photissima will continue to be a critical force in the world of contemporary photography, focusing on the artists and the programmes of the participating galleries, while introducing new initiatives promoting its facet as a meeting place bringing togheter the most active professionals and international collectors.

Its strong points lie in the “double soul” of both Fair and Festival and the collaboration with the most renowned cultural institutions both in Italy (IED Milan, Italian Institute for Photography of Milan, Accademia di Belle Arti of Venice, the Videophotography Biennial) and abroad (Photo l.a., Los Angeles, the Lucie Foundation, Los Angeles, the Backlight Festival, Finland, Europeana Photograhy Project).

Photissima Art Fair is once again geared to promoting not only galleries'artworks, but also their projects among professionals. With this in mind, the Fair will take place togheter with the Festival, a unique and critically acclaimed programme of exhibitions, debates, panel discussions, keynote lectures and workshops on photography.

Collateral events and a suggestive location with recently restored exhibition areas complete the framework of an unbeatable chance to promote your gallery and join an exclusive network.
