Operating from two locations in Kolkata, Experimenter is an incubator for ambitious and challenging contemporary art practices. Spanning groundbreaking exhibitions, talks and performances by critically-engaged and boundary-pushing artists, the gallery’s expansive programme is a pace-setter for the region. Beyond the exhibitions, the annual Experimenter Curators’ Hub, Experimenter Learning Programme and Experimenter Labs offer a platform for education, dialogue and discussion on visual culture and the arts.
