Isaac Julien will speak with Nicholas Cullinan - director of the National Portrait Gallery, London - at Frieze Masters on October 5 at 12pm. Julien's 1996 film "Frantz Fanon: Black Skin White Mask" will also be screened as part of the London Film Festival on October 5 and October 8.
